I developed a dashboard allowing stakeholders (principally the sales team) to quickly pull data regarding student satisfaction (with our services) and learning metrics. Satisfaction data was also related to KPI metrics against which on-site (abroad offices) and domestic program managers were measured.
Udacity Data Visualization Project - Reasons behind US Flight Delays
This final project is based on flight delay data from major airports across the United States in 2015. The dashboard encourages users to examine which airports, plane types, and cities have the greatest number, and longest lasting flight delays, enabling them to find what the best days to travel are in order to avoid a flight delay.
2018 Student Learning & Satisfaction Report
I was the primary author of this report, as well as the principal designer and administrator of the survey tool on which the data is based. Data from pre- and post-program surveys, designed to measure student programmatic satisfaction and learning outcomes was joined (LEFT) with our CRM data to produce the majority of visualizations embedded in the report.
Enrollment Visualization
Although the image to the left is static, and all relevant information blurred, on the active dashboard, graphs and the map could be used as filters, along with normal filter drop-downs in the upper right hand corner. Data was taken from a CRM, and joined (LEFT) with survey data using a unique student id as the primary key. Images of the dashboard were used by the sales team to generate unique enrollment reports for B2B contacts.
